I'm Cal (he/him), a Korean-American graphic designer based in Los Angeles. Previously I worked in market research, where I discovered a love for creating visual stories through data and switched careers to design. Does that mean I've given up my research hat? No way! I still love working with data, and like to imagine myself with two 10-gallon hats on: one labeled "Researcher" and the other "Graphic Designer" - and maybe a third one labeled "Dog Dad".

I've worked with clients in industries like CPG, gaming, and entertainment media, as well as internal marketing and product management teams, fulfilling needs such as presentation design, infographics, marketing collateral, and UI/UX research.

In my spare time, you can find me playing indie video games, exploring local craft fairs with my husband, or spoiling my dog, Dakota.
